Xperia z1 mic problem

I have a problem with my mic while recording a voice note on whatsapp.. My voice comes with noise makes the receiver cant hear my voice and when I open any port of the three ports my voice comes clear, so whats wrong.. I reset me phone. But the problem still here

I logged my phone for support and have details to send it in to them for repair but I don't want ot be told this is not a hardware fault and get charged to have my phone returned to me (it's not cheap!!).

Has anyone sent their phone in to Sony for this issue - and if so what happened?

Hi, 

I purchased sony xperia z1 on ().  I was facing a problem on call , the party on other side either not able hear my voice or it is audible but with Noisy sound.

I was ignoring from last 4 months thinking as a network problem, but as soon as I connect my ear phone the voice is absolutely fine so One thing is clear its not a network problem, so I reach the service center for same problem.

When I reach to care executives they took my phone with all the comments and the note down all the problems , including this noisy call problem.

They took my phone for almost 2 weeks and gave me a bill of all the parts which are replaced (paid price Zero Rupee). I was happy thinking that problem got resolved, Even I tested there but I was not satisfy with the solution, still the care executive ask me to change the sim card and try.

I changed the sim and checked the problem still persist.

Now, If I go to care center they were say voice is perfect but It is not perfect et all.

I am sending the attachment of my voice sample recorded on other phone(party on other side).

Please look into this case ASAP  or provide me some proper solution.

i cannot be heard during calls, and it's really horrible to have this really diffused fault!!!

can it be that the issue is related to a water damage? by the way i didnt try to use my phone in water yet .... but it has fallen once from me

what should i doooo no body can hear me i must wear the headset to talk and im upset of that
