Xperia P Accelerometer problem

Hello people,

I just recently got Xperia P and found out that my accelerometer (or some meter thingy) isn't correct. Placed on a flat surface (even the floor) and my temple run is still tilted to the right. Was wondering if anyone experience this?

Got mine yestday. Same problem. In GTA 3, the car always turns to left. So had to turn off accelerometer in the game.

X = -0.7 

Have to try other games.

I've contacted sony and they told me that it should have a +-5% of error. Not helpful at all.. Now i am having difficulty playing Temple Run

I'm really worried about it.

My test screen has no numbers!

Just de letters X:, Y:, Z: without any result.

Is my accelerometer broken?

My Xperia P has just 2 weeks!

hi...though i'm not having such a grave problem regarding accelerometer...its just that 1 day by chance i rotated the phone n my home screen also rotated and also the app drawer...i was quite happy 2 c that coz i didnt know about both of these functions but just now i tried 2 c whether it rotated or not n it didnt so i landed here...:smileysilly:...i guess its sum software related problem coz all other apps r working fine with auto-rotation...just like fb recent update screwed timescape...thanx n plz do tell if sumbudy finds a solution...

my phone is brand new how this sensor can be damaged.

I have the same problem with Xperia J !

For the first time i noticed this problem in an app (pics below)

i also get acceleration test (pics below)

In a flat Area . Just see the horizental lines that thay are not exactly right

Just changed to Xperia V recently and even that have a slight accelerometer problem. What is seriously wrong with you Sony :smileyplain:. 1st xperia P, now even a V. C'mon Sony we need an answer
