"program exception" appearance

Hi, i have a problem with my Z3 compact. As long as i am using the phone it always appears on the screen "program exception " what should i do for stopping this and solve this problem?

This means there's a 3rd party app causing your problem. You need to try uninstalling your apps one by one untill you recognise the faulty app, strat with the ones you installed recently.

I have uninstalled AVG Pro, the message does not appear any more.

Ohkay, so i read all the replies people have been posting in this forum and I have according to the suggestions deleted the avg pro app, infact i even updated my firmware with pc companion and even formatted my phone this morning. But to no accord and to no reason this "program exception" popup continues. I donot understand why is this happening. I have been living with this irritating me for the past 2 weeks or so now and frankly i donot understand how to get rid of it. Deleted all my apps, reinstalled one by one with careful consideration as to the fact that nothing happens but still it persists. QUESTER buddy, you wanted a picture, well here it is, id really be glad if you or anyone could help me out.
