"program exception" appearance

Hi, i have a problem with my Z3 compact. As long as i am using the phone it always appears on the screen "program exception " what should i do for stopping this and solve this problem?

Can you post a screen shot? May be we can define the program causing this.

In all ways this looks like a software issue, I'd suggest that you do a PC Companion phone repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to back up you data on internal memory before you proceed.

Open PC companion -> Support zone -> Phone/tablet software update -> Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style). Follow the steps given, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

I have the sme problem with my z3 it just began 2hours ago

Till now it didnt happen again so i cant take a pic. My Z3 compact is new i have it since one week aprox so i dont know what can be the source of the problem. Crowley can u send quester a picture of the error then he can tell us what to do since it stopped in my z3 but for sure it will happen again

it happens so fast that i cant screen it just happened now. I got my z3 2mounths ago and since it works so good no problems.
