Camera issue

Hello. When I click the camera app, it opens but the screen remains black. Also when I click the camera button, it opens but the screen remains black. Also the front camera works fine. Do I have to sent my z1 compact to the service?

Hello.

I  have finally taken my phone z1 compact from the service. They have made mechanical repair, Camera Replacement, software update, Checking ok. 

There is no problem now, it works fine.

Thanks for the update. My camera froze for half a day about one month ago - since then everything is OK. To bad you cannot 100% rely on it.
