i have purchesed sony c4 at 21 june and i got problem like screen touch is not working totally.and heating is also very much.i submitted my phone from 10 days in service center but not getting any reply.i want replace that phone with new because i dont have trust on that and i dont have time to west on repairing that.if i am not getting call from Sony i will go for consumer forum at next day.
