Don't worry it's not TRUE, I have a VAIO desktop and my father has a VAIO laptop and I successfuly installed my VP on both !

My VP was working fine with both my work and home computers... And then it refused to work with my home one afteer I installed SonicStage 3 (what a mistake!)...

Now, after re-formatting, it only works with my home computer!

i ve heard quite weird stories about the sonic stage 3.0
personally i choose not to trust sony again and will wait for the next upgrade and see if that offers any real new features.

you should worry that your vp is only recognized in one pc by now....other people dont get it recognized at all!!!

I couldn't install sonic 3 even if i wanted too as my computer ain't attached to internet!! ( i'm a cheapskate )
