Xperia Z2 (D6503) Camera Autofocus Issue

Hello everybody, I have a major problem with my xperia z2. When taking photos, half pressing the shutter button do not affect camera's focus, it seems there is no autofocus. I've tried repairing with pc companion and restoring factory settings in phone, but I failed. My phone wasn't rooted or didn't used with any unauthorized apps. My firmware version was 17.1.2.a.0.314 which is latest sony release. Please help me, is there any way to fix this issue?

Thanks.

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

If that fails then you may wish to have your device looked at so you can either return it to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

10 days ago, I've contacted my seller, and they directed me to "teleservice" (authorized warranty service in my city), and they diagnosed my device as "DOA" (Dead/Defect On Arrival) and they promised me free exchange. I'm still waiting my new phone from sony
