OTG stopped detecting on Xperia M single sim (1904)

Dear all,

                   I got a new xperia m two weeks back and everthings worked fine. But yesterday when i unmounted and remounted an OTG cable on it, it stopped detecting any otg cables or pendrives. Yesterday itself I've reset the phone but still not detecting. So I've updated the phone using pc companion eventhough it came with latest Android 4.3 out of the box. After the update also it's not working. I've updated one more time but the result was same. After that I've switched off the phone without removing the otg cable and then restarted, surprisingly it had detected the external storage i was able to open the contents on that pendrive. But when i removed the otg cable and connected it once more, it's not detecting..

Can anyone of you guys figure this out? Expecting your replays soon!!

Hi!

Anybody here who knows how to fix this? This has been posted all over this forum and being ignored. Maybe it’s a bug? Xperia M is handicapped on internal memory and now this? USB OTG for External USB Storage cannot be detected suddenly. Anybody knows how to fix this? Cannot find any answers in other sites. Will the next update fix this?
