System update to 14.4.A.0.108

Second question fpr the evening.

I upgraded to this version of Android months ago. Unfortunately my phone recently suggested I do it again, even though this is the version I already have - and it seems to be working perfectly. There were comments a few weeks ago saying not to accept the update for various reasons, all to do with a degradation of experience. I was wondering if anyone had discovered this was a non-issue for them? Is it safe to accept the update?

Moreover, why has this come through?

It will be a small update and is probably a slight tweak to a software issue - I've had the same and installed and have no issues

I did update few weeks back , and keep having the phone and contact application crashed everytime open Phone application.

wondering, if can downgrade?

heard from fellow Sony phone user, there is way to downgrade it by going to Sony care centre.

Have tried test in safe mode, 

problem also surface in safe mode.
