My phone is shutting down when someone is calling me or vise versa. Please help me

Can you try to boot in safe mode and check if the same occurs?

Generally this can be related to the SIM card, I would suggest removing it and then testing a friend or family members to see if the issue continues, if not then you will likely need to replace the SIM card.
