Has anyone had these same problems...
Had two M4's over the past 3 weeks, now waiting with my service provider for a third.
First one stopped picking up a network sigal after a week, had to drive to a transmitter to get one bar. otherwise said no service and gave a network error when searching manually.
Got the second... The mic works on and off, more off. the networlk signal drops to no service when the screen goes blank for standby. No power saving features active, such as stamina. Done more factory resets than i can remember.
Like the phone, hate these problems. Having to use a headset to make calls.
Anyone seen these problems before?
It'll be wise to get a brand new SIM card. Also use the search bar to find other posts on similar topics.
First thing i tried. Also tested the second sim in another phone and was fine.
I've seen this myriad times, sometimes a SIM card work with one phone but not the other, it doesn't hurt to just get a brand new SIM card and also, make sure that it's the correct size, if you have to cut it/trim it, it might not work properly.
I am with Virgin mobile and the first thing they did is send a new sim card to see if that was the problem. The sim was sent was the correct size for the phone. Ive noticed this morning that the phone signal is fine if plugged in and charging. If running on battery, and the screen goes off, it goes to no service. If i try to make a call anyway it states to turn flight mode off, but its not active, even did another factory reset and does the same.
Factory reset or repaired the phone with PCC?
