Ear speaker sometimes does not work and need loudspeaker to On.

I am using a Xperia Z - C6603.
Approximately 1 out of 20 calls, I cannot hear from the ear speaker and have to use the loudspeaker. Is there a way to resolve this fault?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test your phone 

you could repair your phone with PCC and report back
