Hi guys , i have this strange issue , when am on a call i must put the phone on a certain position else the other participant won't herar me well
guys here in the service center said it's a feature , if so how can i stop this feature .

when i call anybody , i must keep the phone straight to my head i mean if i changed the position of the phone the other participant hear none
regular phonecall correct?
how about
settings > call settings > microphone noise suppression off
Perhaps the other were also talking about the proximity sensor,if the sensor isn't covered,you might accidentally press mute or other buttons.
Nops , the screen is off , the problem is if i shacked the phone or moved it the other participant hear very bad quality call
Done it , i disabled all the options that could manipulate the sound @uliwooly
