Whassap isnt working

Hello.i am new here. I use z3 compact. Recently, i have problem with my whassap. I cant open my whassap. I have to clear the cache or reinstall whassap. However, it keeps happen again. I dont know what should i do. I cant figure it out the problem.if anyone has any suggestion, let me know. Thank you ☺

Contact the app developer ASAP, also, it might be an app creating this issue, perhaps a taskiller, antivirus, etc. but do elaborate on the issue.
