why system sound is so slow

it very hard to hear below sounds from phone

screen touch or click

screen unlock

dailped sound

any suggestion ???

Have you tried raising the volume in settings-sounds-volumes?

that was the first thing i tried 

but  no success

What Android are you using on your device?Have you tried booting in safe mode?

I also tried that but still very slow in sound
Also wona share that I had called in customer care for the same and reply from some senior utsav was very bad he was even not awar abt system sound and phone sound

Any other help?

can you please confirm is this issue is with my device or its a software glich with android 4.3 for t2 ultra  ?
