My Neo phone don't start at all. It try to start but keep on shuting down. I tried to connect my phone to the computer but it will not connect.
Is there some thing to do so the phon will start?
does the LED turn on when you connect it to a wall charger?

Try to charge the phone via the wall charger for a couple of hours. If the phone still wont charge I recommend that you try to repair the phone software using the program PC Companion:

In PC Companion, click start under Support Zone > start under Update phone > select Repair phone (in blue text) > Do all this without having the phone connected to the PC.
Then follow the instructions given to you in the program.

It really worked and now my mobile is as good as new.
I have installed the PC Companion. But the problem is that when I clicked repair my phone/tablet, and I got through the "personal data will be lost thing", it will only prepare the computer for update. The wed logo will turn blue, then the PC logo will turn blue also. Then, it will go back to the previous menu. WHAT WILL I DO? *I'm not shouting, just frustrated* Thank you for reading my problem. I hope you could help me.
