Over the last couple of weeks, my XM3 headphones no longer seem to be 'noise cancelling' in as much as I can hear other people in a room talking which has never happened before.
Normally, when I wear the headphones and turn them on, there has always been a noticeable 'quietening' after a second or so and this no longer happens.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
At this point buddy you will need to contact Sony's support, and they will advise you where you can send it for repair based on your location, hope it gets repaired soon.
