Hi,
I lost my right earbud and I'm considering purchasing a replacement.
Will I have to send them to am authorized center to get them configured and work with the rest (left side + case) or will I be able to do it on my own? (with a hard reset maybe?...)

Hey, you'll have to contact one of Sony's Authorised Service Centers to have your earbuds configured as stated here. I hope this helps
