has anyone else experience problems after updating to firmware 3.1.2 that the Bluetooth connection (iPhone 11 Pro iOS 14.5 & 14.5.1) on one earbud (L for me) drops?
It pretty much immediately reconnects though it’s annoying with that bell sound and all.

Tried that but no change.. headphones were new and working fine until the firmware got updated.. I exchanged them with a new pair and same issue after the update.
I hope Sony will have the decency to fix the bugs on their releases in a timely manner

I see that Hannah suggested a reset, but have you also tried a complete factory initialization after the update?
Also, does this just happen with the iPhone/s or does it happen with everything?
