Sony NW-WS413 MP3 Headphones - Bluetooth Issue

Hello,

I purchased the Sony NW-WS413 headphones for swimming and they work really well as a MP3 player. On Amazon they sell the items as being Bluetooth but I cannot figure out how to connect the headphones to my phone to stream music. Maybe wrong information on the Amazon website but wanted to check if the product can be linked via Bluetooth to phones?
