i reviewed the wf-1000xm4 because i was annoyed with my 20 minutes of battery life after a full charge.
I received an email saying my review was published with a link to view it which does not work.
I received another email stating that they have replyed to my review with a link for me to view the response which also doesnt work.
I've spent an evening trying to find my review without success.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you've already scrolled through all the reviews on this page to find your name with no success then
sadly I don't have an answer for you.
Did you purchase the earbuds recently? Have you contacted Support about this yet?
Have you tried resetting your earbuds? (Support would advise this anyway and also possibly updating them too.)
In case you haven't tried resetting them Here are details of how to factory reset them.
