I have just gotten my new Linkbuds and after having to charge them, which I found odd, I tried to pair them via the app but it kept not working.
After this I tried to pair them via the Bluetooth settings but I got the message 'linkbuds refused connection'
I've tried resetting them, restarting my phone but nothing has worked, does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
Have you tried connecting them with a different device? as in another phone, a laptop or a tablet to check as the issue could be from the phone itself, if it doesn't connect to other devices then you might wanna contact Sony directly.

I tried to connect them to my desktop, but that didn't work either.
