Why does my Blu Ray not work?

Just tried to play Superman Returns on my VGN-AR21S with Cyberlink PowerDVD and it wont play. I've downloaded the firmware update for Matshita BD-MLT UJ-210S. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Also how do I get the motion eye to work?

It will get rid of everything as it resets it to the factory settings so you need to back everything up to CD/DVD.

Its annoying but its well worth it in the end.

When I do a recovery will it get rid of music and pictures on my computer or just installed software?

If you select C drive recovery (recommended)( see the recovery guide here ) all files and folders on the c drive will be deleted..


You can put your pictures and music onto the D drive but it would be safer to back up all important data before running the Vaio recovery utility..
