Vaio A317M sound and bluetooth problems

Hi,

I bought my first Vaio and I was forced to reinstall Windows (XP Pro). After all driver installations, I cannot install sound driver - Realtek , he says - please install Microsoft BUS driver before!!!.

And another thing - my bluetooth is always on!! I don't have software for it.
Can someone help? Any ideas? Thank you!!:smileycry:

After couple hours of madness and lost hair (as well as lost nerves) I found solution here - DOWNLOAD HD AUDIO DRIVER
I downloaded, install and yeee!! All ready! After that I installed Realtek anyway. Works fine.

-- Regards Bluetooth is still on, Button next to memory stick is for Wireless internet. Bluetooth is still at large!!
Ideas? Or where to get software for it?

do you had the small green colour icon written LAN on your right bottom screen?.. try right click and choose 'show main dialog'
and it should pop a screen up with 'wireless device switch' then you a had the option of enable wireless and enable bluetooth. well uncheck the enable bluetooth then.

Hi,

No I don't have that wireless switch utility. Actually I don't have any Bluetooth software at all, excepr SP2 (which enables Bluetooth). So is there any way to switch it off??
