Hi cgorbit,

You've not given us much information to go on..

What model Vaio do you have?

Do you have the original OS installed..?

The more information you supply the easier it will be for someone to try and help..

and simultneously
Can you advise me what to download for my GeForce 7400 Go on C2ZR/B for Windows XP?
(drivers for C1 on you site support only first 256Mb of video memory as i understand)

The graphics drivers for the C1 series are exactly what you need. The mention of 256MB of video memory refers to the "Turbo Cache" that is used on your graphics card. There is more information about TurboCache here.

As for the problem you orginally started the thread i don't know because the image has gone so can you provide written information about this problem and we can see whether we can sort it for you.

I am sorry but i really don't understand what exactly the problem is. I can now see the picture but i don't immediately see a problem so if you could point us in the right direction then maybe we can help you.

The the 'CPU Control' drop-down menu is disabled for on battery use. Why?
Can I control my VAIO myself?

You could try using a different power plan. ie create your own and you should have full controll of everything.
