New Sony A7 IV not turning on

I bought a new body A7 IV and after a few pictures, I switched off and when I tried to switch on, did not turn on. In order to start the camera, I pull out the battery, waiting for few seconds and then put it back. This issue happened two times in first 200 pictures I took. Just to mentioned that before to start using the camera, I download and install the new software ver. 1.11, available on Sony site. Is there any other person who had the same issues? What is the reason for that issue? What is the workaround for this problem?  Thank you for your reply and support!

Work for a while with the factory settings and test it. If it worked, then it's a setting, start changing the settings one by one and test. If it kept happening, let me know.

Hello HannahEd01, thank you very much for your reply and support. I will try and let you know. Anyway, in the last 3 days I did more than 500 pictures and that issue, did not appear so far.
