hi there,, yesterday i just received the brand new xperia from online store ,, its first time unboxing ,, switched on it and found the battery 40% i keept using it for like 2 minutes then suddenly the power switched off , i found that weird coz the battery almost half full,, i plugged it on power then the battery indicator show that its sonthing about 24% then i did i hard reset ( power+ volume key up) 10 seconds then restart it again and found the indicator 3% then i realized that somthing wrong with my brand new pohone ,,then the device run alot of system update and i did them all ,, now i charged it to almost full and will keep test it ,, now do u think this is an hardware issue or software , iwould like to have more information about that before returning it to the seller ,, thank u
