I had a look at the websites for both countries (India, UAE), however the Xperia XZ3 was not listed there, and since this is Global user based forum, I would recommend that you get in touch with the Local support teams for both markets as they are very well informed regarding availability in their markets/regions.

Sony latest phone relased in mea and uae and india is xz2

No xz2 premium here and no xz3 will be relased here

Look at xz2 premium firmware no firmware for uae and mea

Sony new strategy is europ market and if continue like this it will shutt down their mobile division.

Mea has larger sony fan who wait newer flagship

But sony didn't satisfy their customere here

No xz3 comming maybe next year . Hope for rhis

Our market now is for chinease brand and samsung

So sony without marketing is out
