Why do people in Croatia have to have fights with your official mobile service Agram MMM...i bought Z3 some 7 months ago,it came with a screen default,the screens touch didint respond on the middle of the screen. I sent it to Agram MMM service,they changed the screen and sent it back to me! As soon as they sent the phone back i noticed an error...outside was very hot weather,the phone was in my pocket,as soon as i entered my car which was climatized,the phones camera lens became blurred( condesation appeard) i called them back,but they sad that that isnt a problem and that all is ok! i even called Sony Croatia for help but the lady there just said to open the memory card and charger doors and that condesadion will dissaper and it did...but the problem was still there becouse it happened two more times! last time...i tried to record 4k video and the phone shut down,tried to restart didint work. Sent it again to Agram MMM,and they said that they checked and that the phone is still waterproof but the main motherboard is broken becouse of the condesation and that my waranty isnt valid?! i mean the phone didint even come in contact with water...its charged with official sony magnetic charger,i had tempered glass and a case on it ! and now i have nothing and just like your official Sony support told me...i can throw it in trash! ?! im really deeply disapointed with attitude of both nad Sony help center and Agram MMM service! this is not nice .. at all! i hope there is some way we can sort this out...becouse i have evidence that i called official sony help desk as soon as the mobile came to me after first service! help me pls...
