I have a problem with my phone about 6 months. Phones vibration sometimes doesn't work.

is there anyone have this problem?

i tried that already when the updating Android 5.0. but that didn't work.

i cannot reach local Xperia care. can you offer an other solution.

If PCC didn't solved your issue then it's a hardware issue.

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the phone.
