Xperia Z2 touch screen in NOT responding

Hi there,

I've purchased a new xperia Z2 phone and every thing was going great, but sometimes after i make a phone call the touch screen starts not to respond until i restart the phone.

can you please help regarding this issue.

Is this has anything to do with the proximity sensor

Actually I found that this happens only if I am working on the 2G network (E), and I am pretty sure of it by now...!!
