Xperia Z2 touch screen in NOT responding

Hi there,

I've purchased a new xperia Z2 phone and every thing was going great, but sometimes after i make a phone call the touch screen starts not to respond until i restart the phone.

can you please help regarding this issue.

How long ago have your purchased it? Did you install task killers,battery savers etc?

I bought it five days ago I didn't install any of the mentioned apps sir, is there any similar cases?

sometimes I do experinced like..but not always.. not sure why..

Was the phone hot when that has happened?

I don't think it was hot, but what if it was? Would this bea possible cause?

Yes,when overheating,the device has some ways of protecting itself.And also touchscreen will be less responsive.

Sir I am sure the device was not over heated when that happened.. Is there any other possible cause?
