Hello guys,
I bought this mobile through a sony executive from gurgaon on 3.11.2014
since then i have a big issue with the mobile 1)heat up issue. it gets too heated up,that i cant even answer my call. then the issues in mobile increased -2) my camera was not working. it used to close by itself and there used to be a message saying camera not available/invalid,primary and secondrycamera clarity gone down after few months
3) the mobile started getting hang, and i couldnt even switch off the mobile,the mobile was on till the battery died and the screen was on as it is and got extreamly heated up,then i had to charge the cell it took almost 1-2 hours to charge up.this happened to me 4-5 times till now
4) call disturbance - whenever someone called they were not able to listen to my voice , they said they couldnt hear me and there was lot of fluctuation and disturbances.im still facing this issue.
5) my mobile screen started flickering the moment the alarm started ringing and i was not able to off the alarm as the screen was continuously flickering.so at the end i had to switch off my cell.
6) battery started draining.ihave to keep my cell on charging full day.
tomorrow im going to submit my mobile to sony service centre.
what should i do?
please help me. i bought this mobile for a longer use. and its giving a lot of problems
