It has been 3 months since I bought my Sony xperia Z1 and all of a sudden my phone's vibration function has gone. So whenever I put my phone on vibration I don't get to know about the calls I get. I have tried all the settings but nothing is working. Help required.
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
I suggest that you go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test device > Vibration, does it vibrate here? If not, I would recommend a software repair via PC Companion:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/
In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.
Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
If there are no improvement, you should visit nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

Hi joymondal60,
Have you tried any of my suggestions in above post? For example, test the vibration via Diagnostics.
