Xperia U not starting/charging

Since some days ago my Xperia U is not starting, i guess from not charging.

Also the red/green led doesn't light up at any time.

I tried:

- removing the battery, for extended periods of time

- charging for long times, i let it charge for like 2 days

- charging with other chargers

- flashboot or whatever it's called, with volume button down and/or up

- repairing with PC companion app, but it doesn't recognize it

Are there any other ways to make it work? Or is the battery/phone done.

I have to mention that something similar (if not the same) happened like 1 year ago.

But i think the red led was lighted that time, for atleast 1 second.

Don't know how i got it working, but after some days it started normally.

Sorry to hear about your phone. I suggest that you try to repair/reinstall the phone software using Sony Update Service. 

Download the program and follow the instructions to update the phone, you will connect the phone wile it is turned off:

If the issue still persists, I would suggest that you have your phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local Xperia support team for more information:

I'll need to try with a different battery to be sure.

Im not able to download the SUS from the link. my xperia u is getting retstarted with only "SONY" and "XPERIA" appearing on the screen. How can i turn it on. Please help me. Its urgent.
