Hangouts, youtube, gmail, etc are Google apps and MUST be preinstalled on any Android.
I'm not sure why lifelog was preinstalled on your phone but you should be able to uninstall it.
as for any other preloaded app that can't be uninstalled you have 2 options
1. disable the app
or
2. root your phone and uninstall them.
@jhonybabes you can disable Lifelog (and in fact any app, even Google ones) in Settings / Applications / All. Find the app, select uninstall updates, then Disable app.
Keep in mind that disabling certain apps may cause instability to the operating system and in worst case scenarios even cause it to fail.

Android is composed from two parts. Android system, which is system kernel, launcher, basic system APIs, most of them are in AOSP. Everyone can take them and build their OS, put it on the handset.
And the second part, named Google Play Services. It contains Play Store, Advanced location API, payments, analytics and many other features. The deal is that the device that will have access to those APIs and Google Play Store must carry all Google Apps, and certain apps on the home screen, along with search bar.
Chinese phones, except those for Intl market, don't have access to Play Store which is common question here, by people who ordered their devices from China.
