xperia L sound issues

Some times when i play a song, Video or a Game sound comes through the earpiece instead of the Loudspeaker. Problem solves after a restart but it occurs frequently. This should be a software problem. This occured after the latest software update. Please help SONY....

And also the phone ring tone works fine whenever I get a call but I have to tap the loudspeaker or plug the headphones to hear the person talking.. Please help me..
