Wifi and sound problems

Hello

Recently got myself an Xperia V and am a little dissapointed

First the wifi is not working. It can't find my home network or has difficulties connecting to it. When it rarely finds it, the speed is unusable.

Second problem is some crackeling sounds turing a call.

Would love to get some help on these issues

About calls,do you have microphone noise suppression enabled?

Every other device connects fine to my home network.

But this phone can't

Been reading that there is a bug in 4.3

But don't seem to find any solution to it
