water mark inside the phone

Hi guys I'm really freaked out today I washed not washed just sprinkled my phone with water all flaps closed and suddenly there is water inside the phone .please tell me how to fix this I'm in Pakistan and there is no support not even a official Sony store here please help me guys

Guys its not working my phone has been in rice but there is one stain in the middle the upper part has dried up.honestly i dont think its a water stain.is the screen permanently damaged ? And where i live i would be really lucky to get it replaced.please tell me another way to fix it please

Hello guys.My xperia z2 microphone is completely dead i dont hear a single sound in recordings and people cant hear me at all on phone calls however the recors function works fine with handsfree connected and so is the call.No damage occured to the phone it was working completely fine and calls were good.However i did play games on my device and it got really hot.Please tell me a solution and keep in mind that my phone is not in warranty and i live in a place where there is no official sony store or service centre

Hi xperianz,

Have you ensured the volumes are all turned up under Settings > Sound > Volumes? If you have and the volumes are set to max then perhaps try the following: Go into the Phone app and dial *#*#73556673#*#* as you may have accidentally put the phone into demo mode. Try this and let us know whether or not this has worked.

I entered this code and it says it is going to delete settings and photos and my warranty will be void.It says phone will enter retail mode

xperianz okay that means your phone was not in demo mode. In this case, I advise contacting Sony Xperia Customer Care in your region as soon as possible to have the phone inspected. You can find contact details for your team by clicking the link in my signature.

Today i found out that the person on the other end cannot hear me if i am not using a headset (no built in mic). Does this happen to anyone else?
When performing *#*#7378423#*#* service test , main microphone doesn't record anything when i'm speaking but when recording using the secondary mic i can hear my voice even though it's soft. About Phone > Diagnostics is a failure as well. I do not understand why if i have a headset on even though it doesn't have an internal mic i do not have problem on my calls. But when i am not using my headset the person on the other side cannot hear me.

You could repair your phone with pcc if that doesn't work then it is a hardware issue.
