Tablet rebooting with blinking read diod when runing 4G (over heaing?)

Hi 

I have radical issues withm my otherwise lovely tablet. It is constantly rebooting when using the 4G connection (sometimes also while using wifi). When this happens the tablet is also geting very hot on the backside on a smal area between the logo and top edge of tha tablet. 

I dont need to run heavy stuf on it, mostly i'm only writing emails when it hapens.

Are there any solutions to this or is it just to return the tablet and be sad :(.

Please,remove your SIM and SD card and reload them again. If this issue persists after doing this..try to boot your device into safe mode as explained here. If the issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the issue. Keep us updated.

Are you using the correct SIM card size or did you trimmed/cut a regular SIM card? if the later then get a brand new SIM card but make sure its the correct size.

Have you try to boot your device into safe mode as explained here ? Keep us updated please.

Hi

Have now tested the safe mode option. Actually made it worse (could be a coincidence). Seems that for some reason it required more cpu power when starting safe mode and it became very hot and almost directly reboots again.

Is there any way to do the repair option without a pc or Mac? Asking since I only have android devices and chrome book.

Try AirDroid instead of PC Companion. Be sure to get the Chrome OS version at the Chrome Web Store. Or install Drive for Android on your Xperia phone and use the Drive app for Chrome OS (should already be on your Apps Launcher (on the shelf) or get it from the Chrome Web Store.
