Sony xperia z ultra replacement

I have bought Sony xperia z ultra, recently, I already have z3, to mention that am a Sony fan. Now the problem is with my z ultra, the touch doesn't work, when I consulted your service engineers, I am advised to exchange the phone to z. Which am not satisfied with. Kindly advice

They advice me to exchange for a lower model phone, which am not satisfied with, if you can't support with service kindly notify before buying. Samsung mobiles which my wife uses has great service back up, what happened to sony?? Kindly resolve my issue. I am ready to pay the service charge
