SP screen failed and won't connect to pc

Hi,

Today my phone screen decided to turn off, I thought the phone had shut down completely but I am still recieving texts/messages/emails, however I cannot access them as the screen is black and utterly non-responsive. Also the glass bar at the bottom is not lighting up and it wont register on my computer when I plug it in. I have tried it on 2 other computers as well and will not connect to them either.

Any ideas?

Do a force shut down by removing the back casing of your phone. Use a needle and poke into that hole under battery. It should do the magic.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

When following the previous instructions please do not use a needle, this can damage the button, instead use a Paper clip with the end bent so no damage can be done.
