Hello I would like the tell you that when they call me i'll upload the volume with the buttons on the side in my Xperia Type is at maximum and is not heard almost nothing. Listening is very low and heard before if perfect. Don't know what to do

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.
