Sms sending and call problem after lollipop

Hi
I have 2 major problems after updating. I can't sent sms but I can receive sms from others. 
The problem came up after updating to lollipop. Before that I haven't any problems with sms. I have changed sim card without solution. I have update again the lollipop but nothing fixed.( I can't downgrade to 4.4 officially)
I have reset to factory default but nothing.I have delete all the sms and I have change sms app. None worked

The second major problem is when I make a call or I receive one and I am on 2g or 4g network the other person can't hear me well. The voice comes broken.only when I have lock it on 3g network they can hear me well.before updating I didn't have any problem
Sony as you can understand the 2 most important things that a phone can do my phone can't. It very important to fix them. Meanwhile you have to give users the ability to downgrade to previous version because the mobile phone is important tool for everyday use. We can't wait for a solution without phone.

That sound like a network issue, do you have the correct APN settings?

I had the same call issue after updating to 14.5.A.0.270, the second Lollipop build for Xperia Z1 compact. Had no problems in the initial Lollipop build.

I have the same problem. During call my voice is broken to the other side and that started happening after update to lolipop. Plzz help
