Call black

Hi, how can I block some calls not call incoming calls only select numbers?

1 Open the Contacts
2 Select the contact
3 Tap on Menu 
4 All calls to voicemail

I couldn't found voicemail, how can I do that

You have to make sure to tap on Menu, which is on the top right corner.
