Hi there. I got my Xperia 3 weeks ago. Took it out of my pocket yesterday, placed it on the table and the screen shattered! It's got a Sony cover on it and the screen protector. How? Very disappointed. I'm going to the shop where I bought it today with the assumption that they'll repair it, but looking at this forum I don't think it's gonna be as easy as that. Other people with the same problem were asked to fork out hundreds of euros. Also before the screen cracked I was having software issues. I had taken pictures and videos on it. Watched them back and then they'd disappear! Theses were important pictures to do with my work and now gone. Never had theses problems with Apple.
