Problème d'écouteurs/headphones problem

Bonsoir,

J'ai un problème quand je branche mes écouteurs sur mon Xperia Z1c, le son sort toujours des haut parleur et quand je les retires ça me fait:

"Oreillette non prise en charge. Utilisez en une autre ou visitez le site d'assistance Sony Mobile pour plus d'information"

Et ça me fait ça avec tout mes casques et écouteur.

Comment remédier à se problème ?

Good evening,
I have a problem when I plug my headphones on my Xperia Z1c, the sound still comes out of the speaker and when I take them out it makes me:
"Headset unsupported. Use another or visit the Sony Support Mobile site for more information"
And it makes me that with all my headphones and headset.
How to remedy the problem?

were those headphones included with your phone or are those old headphones, if the later then it could be a compatibility issue

Also, check if there's any dust inside

Check if there is any dust in the port, also you can restart your phone or you could repair your phone with PCC

Ok, have you a technique to "clean up" the port ?

With a toothpick or a cotton swab?

Just blow in it or if you have a can of compressed air that should do it (just don't use it too close to the connector)

I blew it but the problem persists.

That's quite odd, repair your phone with PCC
