problem with music transfer

Hi,
I have tried to contact Sony several times with no answer. I have problem with transferring music to my Sony music app (old walkmen app). I have sony Xperia z3.
I have tried already everything and it's so frustrating now as I can't find any answer.

I have transferred my music using MediaGo, all music is showed in FileManager but it's not finding in Sony music app which mean I can't listen my music.

I have reset my phone already and made back up. No help. My phone is updated.

Can anyone help? I will much appreciate.

Does the music play with the Music application when you use the File Manager, or do you get some type of error message?

Hi, Thank you for answer. Yes, I can play music, but the music is only in FileManager and need to change every song.

And yes, I am saving music on my phone.

What happens when you clear the data from the Walkman app as well as the Media Storage application?
