Problem with internet connection

Hi there guys.

I got xperia minipro sk17i and i cant connect to the internet. Version of android is 2.3.4 and my newtwork is orange. I bought a internet packet and since then couldnt use it ; /

When it comes to set a network there is a sign of 3G from Orange but i cant find a "type" option to make it work. I tried to download options automatically but it says "there is trouble with ur internet connection". WI-FI working without problems and overally i never had a problem with signal etc. Just i cant put 3G or Internet  to on. There is no option like this in my settings. I hope u can help me

Settings then More then Internet settings and wait for a box then make sure to select the correct network - Some may have two - Contract and PAYG

You can also contact your network carrier, they will be able to supply the settings either automatically or manually.
